Oklahoma City’s
War on Litter
Litter-Blitz 2006 |
|
|
Litter Blitz is about cleaning up a street or two anywhere in Oklahoma City
in the month of April. |
- We are not organizing a Big/Special event at Lake Hefner this year. But if you would like to make plans for Saturday, April 8 there will be a few groups that will be out there, if you would like to join them. Hopefully there will be someone at the Eastshore Children’s Playground from 10am – 12pm to hand out trash bags.
- Also on April 8, Trash bags will be available at EVERY Oklahoma City Fire Station on that day and you can clean up any Oklahoma City streets.
- We also have a group organizing to meet at the tennis courts at Lake Overholser on Saturday, April 22 at 9:30am to clean up around the lake and the Stinchcomb Wildlife Refuge
